Data Documentation for Roche Elecsys NTK1 Dataset (Gothenburg)
Freeze
This documentation pertains to Freeze 2024_November of the Roche Elecsys NTK - Gothenburg dataset.
Origin
These cerebrospinal fluid assay results come from the laboratory of Henrik Zetterberg and Kaj Blennow.
Sample selection:
Samples were included from observations at which at least one aliquot of CSF was available that had been stored in a Fisher 1.5 mL flip top tube.
This dataset includes 1036 observations on 642 participants (400 ADRC; 242 WRAP; 398 female; 32 URG; 52 MCI and 49 Dementia at first visit; 50 MCI and 50 Dementia at last visit; 2 participant(s) are aged 90+, of those not: mean first and last ages of 63.0 and 64.4, respectively; mean first and last days since baseline of 1231 and 1776, respectively). Per data sharing agreements with the Oneida nation, data from Native American participants are not included in this dataset.
