UW-Madison Google Workspace - View Shared Drive Storage Used

This document provides instructions on how to view storage usage in Shared drives for UW-Madison Google accounts.
  1. Click on the Shared drives tab and select a Shared drive.

  2. Click on the i icon located on the top right corner.

  3. Click on the Details tab located in the information window. The storage usage is available under the Storage used section.
