This is your first violation. Your organization will not be penalized for this first reservation violation. Another violation of the SAC Reservations Policy will result in a second violation, upon which your organization will be placed on warning status within our reservation system. After a third violation, your organization’s reservations privileges will be revoked at the Student Activity Center for the remainder of the semester.
Please ensure that all members of your organization attending events at the SAC are aware of our policies to avoid further confusion. If you have any further questions, you may reach our staff at this email or at the phone number found below.

This is your second violation this semester. Your organization has now been placed on warning status. Another violation of the SAC Reservations Policy will result in immediate loss of reservation privileges at the Student Activity Center for the duration of the semester.
Please ensure that all members of your organization attending events at the SAC abide by our policies to avoid further violations.
Strike Three:

This is your third and final violation this semester. Your organization has now lost all reservation privileges at the Student Activity Center. All outstanding reservations will be canceled, and any attempts to book further reservations will not be permitted.
If you wish to appeal this decision, you must contact the SAC Governing Board through their email listed below

Notice that outstanding events have been cancelled:
Thank you for choosing the Student Activity Center for your event, however we regret to inform you that all of your outstanding reservations at the Student Activity Center have now been canceled as a result of [ORG] violations of SAC policy. The SAC policy outlines that after an RSO receives three strikes within a semester, they are no longer eligible to book at the SAC for the remainder of the semester and all outstanding reservations will be canceled. As a result, your reservations on [EVENT DATES CANCELED] outlined below have been removed from our books. You received your third and final strike on [DATE].
