This document outlines how you can get support and help from the Knowledgebase team while creating or updating your documents. Please Note: Our hours of operation for support are M-F, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (excluding holidays).

Join Our Mailing List

We regularly connect with users via our email list to communicate key updates and noteworthy news regarding the service. As our service spans two populations (UW-Madison campus and institutions outside of UW-Madison), there are two ways to join the appropriate list.

While the Knowledgebase User's Guide does provide a great amount of introductory and intermediate information on how to accomplish certain tasks, one-on-one or group training is also available.
