General Process
Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub
The Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub comes preinstalled on your loaner laptop.
Think of it as a UW–Madison "app store" that provides you with an easy way to download & install common applications.
For a list of the applications currently available, please click here.

- Press and hold Command, then press the spacebar to bring up the Spotlight search bar.
- Type the following in the Spotlight search bar:

- Click "Apps" in the sidebar.

- Click "See All" along the right edge of the window.

- Note: sometimes Workspace ONE doesn't update its progress indicator when installing an app, so it's best to leave your loaner laptop connected to power and a stable network for a period of time before checking the Applications folder to see whether or not the installation completed successfully.
