DoIT Shared Tools - Confluence - Service Description and Policies
DoIT Confluence is a service supported by DoIT's Shared Tools Team using Atlassian's Confluence product. The service is currently offered to DoIT Teams and DoIT-related teams.
Confluence Support
Support for Confluence is provided by the Shared Tools team: st-help@doit.wisc.edu. Due to staff constraints, support for wiki.doit.wisc.edu is limited.
The Shared Tools team reserves the right to determine if the proposed use falls outside the intended scope of the Confluence service and may ask the space owners to simplify their requirements or consider alternatives.
Atlassian offers cloud services, as well as, relatively affordable licensing for small numbers of users.
