OnCore: Overview
What is OnCore:
OnCore is a centralized Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) that allows researchers to use one program to manage various components of clinical research while maintaining consistency and compliance across the institution.
OnCore also serves as a connection with other systems including Florence eBinders, Participant Payments, and Health Link (UW Health's Epic).
How to Access OnCore:
If you are an existing OnCore user, log in through Advarra One.
For new users, visit OnCore: How do I obtain access to OnCore? for instructions on how to request access. Requirements will be communicated with the new user after the access request is received, based on the type(s) of access needed.
