Issue: Chrome version 114 released on 5-31-2023 introduced elements that disrupt the ability to access the accessibility layer in chrome. This functionality is critical to be able to pull the proper information from the targeted web page.
Symptoms: When end users try to link a document from a web page using a learnmode based capture profile, they receive an error. One example of an error that pops up for HR related document linking is "Could not find label[Employee Name:]."
Work-around Overview: The short to medium term work-around is for all users that need to capture documents by pulling information from an open web page is to create a new Google Chrome shortcut on their desktop that uses a particular flag

--disable-features=AccessibilityRestrictiveIA2AXModes

in the target field for the shortcut.
