- Graphpad licenses can be requested through this simplified google form: https://forms.gle/RyoE1cdicEL2W7Bx8
- Note: You must be signed into your UW account in order to access the form
- Licenses are per computer

License requests are then processed through our payment system

An email is then sent to the user from Graphpad with activation information

- If you are requesting a license transfer from one computer to another, please email licensing@doit.wisc.edu with:
- Old computer ID
- New user email
