9:00 am. – 9:05 am: Welcome, introductions, and selecting meeting minutes volunteer
- Select a meeting minutes volunteer
9:05 am – 9:10 am: Approve meeting minutes for April and May
9:10 am – 9:20 am: Review committee member elections and status
- Welcome new committee members
- Moses Altsech
- Members re-elected: Justin and Carmen
- One vacant position
- Members leaving, sign card before 5:00 p.m. CST on Friday July 14, 2023
- Members who will be up for re-election: Peter, Kendra, Vanessa
- Another new member will be selected soon
- Review re-occurring tasks and perform an access review
- Plan for a day to or vote for co-chairs for 2023-2024
- Confirm sub-committee membership for 2023-2024
9:20 am – 9:30 am: Mentor-Mentee Match (Justin, Alissa, Kendra)
- Planning for August: Annual mentor match program invite and survey go out to all Academic Staff (sent by SOAS office)
- Determine who will lead next steps and our approach for updating the materials
9:30 a.m. to 9:45 a.m.: Events (Liza, Vanessa, Carmen)
- Review the results of the 2022-2023 end of the year survey
- See also last year's goals
- Brainstorm and select 2-3 improvements for next year
9:45 a.m. to 9:55 a.m.: Resources (Kendra, Peter, Alissa)
- Review and approve the proposed website page updates
- Identified new testimonials to use
- Confirm roles and responsibilities for implementing the improvements
9:55 am to 10:00 a.m.: Q&A and Open Discussion
