Timeline for Annual Exxat Cohort Set-Up

During the spring, each SMPH clinical program will work with their Exxat representative for compliance tracking to set up their incoming cohort and guidelines for the upcoming year.

Program clinical education staff and the SMPH Compliance Specialist will participate in multiple calls with an Exxat Customer Success Specialist to set-up their cohort timeline, compliance guidelines, and review student compliance progress. The initial set-up call will be used to determine the timeline for inviting students, review process, and document deadlines.
