This document is intended for use with personally-owned Macs. If your Mac is supported by the TechZone, see Printing (macOS) - Adding a Printer from Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub:

- Click the link provided to you by the TechZone. You should not need to log in to Box in order to access this page.
- At the top of the page, click: Download.
- You may disregard and close out of the Log in prompt.
- Open Finder and navigate to your "Downloads" folder.
- Safari users may be able to skip to Step 7 if their downloaded file does not end in a
.zip
file extension. - Find the file you just downloaded. Double click to "unzip" it.
- Find the unzipped file, it should have a
.command
file extension at the end. - Right Click > Open With: Terminal.app.
- In the pop-up window, click: Open.
- You should see a Terminal window open with status updates.
- When the window says "[Process completed]" at the bottom, you may quit Terminal and your printer should be installed.
