After the conclusion of a Professional Development course, continuing education units earned by a registrant must be recorded within USI. Follow the steps below to complete.

1. Log into USI

2. Navigate to the course in USI by clicking on the "Events" tab at the top bar.

• • To search for a course, use the "Search For" field to enter the course number. Then select the 'Search' button. 

3. Once you select the desired course, click on the "Order Registrants" tab.

4. Next you'll want to sort the list of registrants based on their registration status.

• • Navigate to the "Order Status - Order Account" column within the Order Registrants tab of the course. You will likely either see 'Canceled' or 'Active' for the status of each registrant.
  • To sort this list, click once on the column header to sort in ascending order or twice on the column header to sort in descending order.

5. Select all the rows for registrants, or individual, who attended the course by clicking the empty box in top left corner. 

• • Right click on the selected row(s)
  • Select "Edit < Edit Multiple Registrant Details" from the drop down menu.

6. A pop-up window will open. Navigate to the Order Registrants bar.

• • • Scroll over to find the "CEUs granted field" and input CEUs earned for participation in the course - how to make this edit? Maybe I just don't have access to but it was not letting me
      • add where/what to reference to know what number of CEUs to input for full course participation
      • Program Support will notify you of anyone who should receive partial credit
    • The "graded field" and select “X” from the drop-down menu - what does this mean/what is it for

7. The person updating CEUs in USI and the person creating course participation certificates must be in communication with each other to ensure that the CEUs awarded in USI and the CEUs printed on the certificate match for each registrant.
