5th Floor Conference Room Tablets
This KB article is an overview of the conference room tablets that are located outside the conference rooms on the 5th floor only. You can use these tablets to view the daily schedule and create a quick same day booking.

Tablet Overview
- Room number and capacity.
- Indication light. The light will be green if the room is open or red if it is currently booked.
- Date selector. This will display the current date and time. You can use the left and right calendar buttons to go ahead or back a day.
- Hourly display for the room. Scroll up or down to view different times. You can press on a booking to show more information.
- Resources available in the conference room. Phone, Web conference, whiteboard, wifi. If there is a problem with any of those resources click on it to submit a support ticket.
- Book room button does not work. You need to book the room via EMS.
