CHM Undergrads - Course Agreements

Information about course agreements.

A course agreement, also known as a course authorization form, is a form that students must fill out each semester they are enrolled in a course through CHM (Psychology Dept requirement). As of the Fall 2011 semester, all undergraduate research credit students (including URS students) must fill out the course agreement at the beginning of each semester. After Richard Davidson countersigns the course agreements, CHM Undergraduate Administration submits them to the Psychology Department. Undergraduate Administration retains course agreements for record-keeping. Students will be sent a copy of their course agreement (signed by Richard Davidson) and may save it if they wish.

CHM Undergrad Administration sends course agreement forms to research credit students via Docusign at the start of each semester.
