Requesting Custom Equipment (ShopUW)
View Apple
- Go to Workday and sign in
- Select "IT Supplies" located to the right under "Guided Buying"
- Select Apple
- Search for item(s) and add to cart
- Click Send Proposal and then submit after you have added all desired items (Comments are not necessary)
- The next page is a confirmation notice that the vendor cart is being recognized at ShopUW . This is where you will find the Apple Proposal number
Dell
All Dell computers require a custom quote. Please provide desired specs in DoIT Departmental Tech Support - Purchase Request Form and a quote will be requested. This ensures that we are receiving the best price. Follow the steps below to browse Dell's Premier page:
Select "IT Supplies" located to the right under Guided Buying"

B&H, CDW, Staples
You can view these vendors by going to ShopUW You will only need to provide an item number for these vendors.
