There may be times when an assessment/evaluation needs to be reopen after the close date has already been reached in order to give the assessor/evaluator a chance to complete the form. In order to reopen a form that is past it's close date, the close date of that form must be edited.

  1. To edit the close date of the form, first perform a custom form search. Be sure to remember to include closed forms in the search.
  2. Identify the correct form and click on the form hound (paw print icon) to the right of the evaluation form.
    Screen Capture

  3. A pop up window will open. Scroll to the bottom of the pop up window to ""Close Date/Available Until:". Click "change".
    Screen Capture

  4. Edit the date to the new deadline and click update.
    Screen Capture

  5. The window will advance to a confirmation message.

  6. The form will reopen in the assessor/evaluator's To Do.
Note: Reopening the form does not automatically send the assessor/evaluator a reminder email. To do so, click the "e" button under the assessor/evaluator's name.
