Under Users create a subgroup for the event:

Search students from a parent group and move them over into new sup group:

searching the name pa dy 17 2019.03.07 in the physician assistant students parent group. there are 2 columns. one for all users and one for current members

PA DY group

  • 29 campus students
  • 3 regional distance students
  • 10 traditional distance student
    • These are part time and roll over between years

PA CY Group 

  • "Class of 2020" Rosa is - physician assisant student summer 2018 + de 17 subgroup hilighted
