Overview

Flyers should only be posted in these two places:

• Bulletin boards in the building
• Office doors - with permission of the occupant, and not attached directly to the door

Do NOT post flyers in these places:

• Stairway doors 
• Bathroom doors 
• Building doors 
• Elevator doors and frames 
• Hallway doors 
• Walls 
• Windows 
• Painted or wooden surfaces 

Tape leaves a residue and damages surfaces, particularly wood. 

If you post flyers in any of those places, they will be removed and discarded.

Event Flyers 

Event flyers should be removed after the event has passed. 

If the flyer does not include a specific event date, it must include a removal date.
