Overview

The Sponsor Dashboard is available for users who have been assigned as a Sponsor for another users REDCap account.  Once you have been assigned a sponsor for at least one user, a new option link will be displayed on the "My Projects" tab when you log-in to REDCap. This link provides access to list the users you sponsor, monitor their accounts, and request action be taken by an admin for the accounts of the users you sponsor. 

Sponsor Dashboard Options

There are several options available to sponsors that will allow them to send a request to REDCap administrators for actions to be taken for the sponsored account.

• Re-send account creation email - Request to re-send the REDCap account creation email to the user if they have not yet logged in to their account.
• Reset password - Request to send user email prompt to reset their REDCap password.
• Set account expiration - Request to set an account expiration date for the account.  At this date the user will no longer be able to access REDCap.
• Extend account expiration - Request to extend users REDCap account expiration date to new future date.
• Unsuspend user - Request to unsuspend users REDCap account.
• Suspend user - Request to suspend users REDCap account.
