Docusign Single Sign On Error

Docusign uses Single Sign On (SSO) as a login option.  The email Docusign uses for SSO is based off your primary email used for UW HR purposes.  This may not be the email that the Docusign account was registered with.

Error: "We couldn't verify your company login. The email address is not registered to your organization. Please contact your Docusign Administrator."

Answer:  If you run into this error, your email address that is registered for UW's SSO does not match the email registered with Docusign.  To log in please follow these steps:

Step 1: Log in with your Docusign registered email address

Step 2: Select the "Use Other Options" button

Step 3: Enter in your chosen password for your Docusign account.  This could be a new password if this is the first time you are logging in.
