DoIT Departmental Tech Support - Re-Activating Administrator Credentials

This document assists users who previously had administrative rights to their macOS device, but lost them after an OS update.

If you have lost your administrative rights to your macOS device, there is BigFix content to help you out.  You will need to be on a campus network in order for this to work.

From the BigFix Self-Service application, choose the "Restore macOS Admin Rights" option > Get

    BigFix Self Service Offer          Offer acceptance
