There are many different ways to filter events and spaces in EMS.  Begin by going to the EMS WebApp Homepage and logging in if necessary.  

You can choose to filter just your own events, or all events by choosing one or the other in the menu on the left side of the page

Create Filters

You can filter by Date, Location, Room, Group Name, Event Name, and/or Room Type.  

You can add filters until you're happy with the result.  

Save and Recall Filters

Once your filters are set the way you would like, you can save them so they're set to go for you next time.

To recall your saved filters, go to Saved Filters > Select Saved Filter that you would like to load.
