Steps for requesting Identity Proofing

1. Go to profile.wisc.edu and navigate to the Security page. 
2. Find the Identity Proofing section. Please note, this will ONLY be visible if your role on campus allows for you to request this type of sensitive/restricted credentialing. If you feel as though you should have access to Identity Proofing and don't, please contact the Help Desk. 
3. Click the "Submit Request" button. 
4. Review the documents/steps required in Help Desk - Online NetID Authentication or UW-Madison Identity Proofing.
