Faculty Peer Evaluations

Follow these steps to evaluate peer lecturers:

1. Sign in to Acuity One45
2. Navigate to the To Do page
3. Find the header Forms to Complete
   
   
4. Click on pick Lecturer
5. A new window will open to enter the instructors you want to evaluate.
   1. Select Add Lecturer: Search lecturers by last name
      
   2. Select the instructor(s) you want to evaluate and click "Add to List" 
   3. Once you have done this for all instructors for the week, you can close the "add lecturers" window
      
   4. Select the checkboxes for the lecturers you want to evaluate
   5. Note: if you want to evaluate all of the lecturers on the screen, you can click on the checkbox by your name and it will select all lecturers. 
   6. Click Send Forms
      
6. Verify that you made the correct selections by clicking Yes, These Are Correct
   
7. Now on your ToDo tab, you will have the evaluations for each lecturer. You can fills these out any time by clicking on the lecturer's name.
