Instructions for reserving 4319 Grainger in Outlook

Before reserving room 4319 Grainger Hall, you must email dostudents@wsb.wisc.edu to request permission.

To reserve room 4319 Grainger Hall in Outlook, you must invite the room as a Required Participant to the meeting within your meeting invite. Do Not mark the meeting as "Private."

Scheduling 4319 from a Windows computer

Create a new Meeting invite. In the Required field of your meeting invite, type WSB - 4319 (note there are spaces between the hyphens) and press Enter. The complete room name should auto-fill as WSB - 4319 Grainger - Inspiration Room when you click out of that text box. If the room name is not auto-filling, try typing the complete room name WSB - 4319 Grainger - Inspiration Room.

After your meeting request is sent, the Dean's Office will approve or deny your Outlook invitation.

If you are scheduling a Microsoft Teams or Zoom meeting, make sure to add that option to your invitation.

When you arrive in room 4319 at the time of your meeting, the monitor will automatically wake up and display your meeting title on the screen.

In the Required People field of your meeting invite, type WSB - 4319 (note there are spaces between the hyphens) and press Enter. The complete room name should auto-fill as WSB - 4319 Grainger - Inspiration Room. If the room name is not auto-filling, type the entire name. WSB - 4319 Grainger - Inspiration Room

Mac calendar invite
