OneTrust - Attestation Launch Steps
An assessment template has been created in OneTrust to use for managing and tracking Security Authorization Attestations. Because of the wide range of participants across campus, some additional steps need to be taken to ensure users can access the attestation to complete their work.
A group has been created in OneTrust that adds access in the "User Attestation" Organization. This access is needed to participate in Sec Auth attestations. Follow these steps to add participants to the "Sec Auth Attestation Participants" user group.
- Login to OneTrust as a Site Admin or Risk Analyst.
- Navigate to Settings > User management > User groups
- Open the "Sec Auth Attestation Participants" group
- Add the users participating in the current attestation.
If the User Attestation has already been launched and there are errors adding or making change to participants, you can tell who needs to be added to this group when looking at Section Assignments. Selection boxes will be gray instead of green. Add these users to "Sec Auth Attestation Participants" group.
