Purpose Statement:
Our team commits to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment that seamlessly integrates remote and onsite work. We aim to enhance communication, honor our diverse values and working styles, and establish consistent and uniform practices across the team. Our team strives to create a cohesive and productive atmosphere where every team member feels valued and empowered to contribute their best. We will share this agreement with new team members and review and update it on a yearly basis to ensure it remains relevant and effective.

Use Collaborative Tools
- Designate a weekly ongoing schedule that reflects onsite and remote work
- Keep calendars, planners and WIP Board up-to-date with work location, planned absences, availability status, and current tasks.
- Select categories, post comments, and attach files to reflect progress in shared spaces
Maintain Work Life Balance
- Respect meeting length, meeting free days, and avoid double booking
- Update personal and shared calendars, and set out-of-office replies to manage expectations
- Prioritize balance for self and others by expressing and honoring shared out-of-office boundaries
