Overview

The UW has retired physical fax machines and switched over to a virtual faxing service called CloudFax.

Note:  You must first enable CloudFax before you can use it to send faxes; this is a one-time step.  See the document How to Enable CloudFax Sending in Microsoft Outlook 365 for more information on how to get started with Cloudfax.

Instructions

DoIT's Getting Started page on CloudFax includes both written and video instructions on how to send and receive faxes, and lists common error messages. It also includes a link to an online user manual.
