Abstract

  • For SE to support a physical server, a server must:
    • Have its hardware under warranty or have a hardware support
      contract with a SE approved external vendor.
  • For SE to support a server, a server must:
    • Have its operating system and bundled software covered by a software
      support contract provided by a SE approved vendor.
