Set up a ParkMobile account by app or phone

ParkMobile is a payment app used for Flex parking in surface lots and visitor parking in timed stalls on the UW-Madison campus.

Parkmobile app setup instructions

  1. Download the ParkMobile app from your mobile phone app store.

  2. Open the app. 

    On the welcome screen, either connect an existing Google or Apple account, email address or phone number. Follow the prompts to create an account.

  3. On the home screen, tap the menu button in the top right corner.

  4. To begin adding a vehicle to your account, tap the Vehicles icon in the menu.

  5. Tap the green Add vehicle button.

  6. Enter the country, license plate information, state and an optional nickname for the vehicle. 

    Then tap Add vehicle.

  7. Confirm your license plate information.

    Then tap Yes, that's my license plate or No, go back to edit details.

  8. Next, you will need to enter payment information. 

    Return to the main menu and select the Payment icon.

  9. Tap Add payment method. Follow the prompts to enter your payment information.

Create a ParkMobile account by phone

Call (877) 727-5003 and follow the prompts to enter information and create an account.

Note: there is a $5 charge to set up an account by phone.
