How to set up a ParkMobile account on the web

This document explains how to create a ParkMobile account on the web. ParkMobile is a payment system used for Flex parking in surface lots and visitor parking in timed stalls on the UW-Madison campus.
  1. Go to parkmobile.io.Click Sign in at the top right corner of the screen.

  2. Select Customer account.

  3. Either sign up with your existing Google or Apple account, or an email address and check "I agree to the ParkMobile Terms of Use and Privacy Policy." Follow the prompts to create an account.

  4. Once your account has been created, select the menu in the top-right corner of the page, and then click Settings.

  5. On the settings page, select Add Vehicle. You will need your license plate number, country, state, and an optional vehicle nickname for easy identification.

    After adding a vehicle, add a payment method by selecting Add Card and follow the prompts.
