IT Resources - Adobe Creative Cloud - Licenses for County Support Staff

The Division of Extension North and South Zones have a limited number of Adobe Creative Cloud licenses are available to County Support Staff (county employees). This is offered because zero-dollar appointments are not eligible for Adobe Creative Cloud under current UW-Madison licensing.

Background

  • North and South Zones are covering the cost to provide County Support Staff (county employee with a Zero-Dollar (\$0) Appointments) with Adobe Creative Cloud when the counties cannot provide it.
  • There are a limited number of licenses available to County Support Staff who need Adobe Creative Cloud to support Extension.

Instructions

  • If someone needs access to Adobe Creative Cloud, they should talk to their Area Extension Director (AED). The AED would then send the Geographic Administrative Assistant an email to have a license assigned to the requestor.
  • Once the license is assigned, the County Support Staff member will receive an email from Adobe with instructions to set up their account.
  • When County Support Staff leave employment with the county or no longer need the Adobe license, the AED will let the Geographic Administrative Assistant know to remove their license.
