How to access a record of ParkMobile transactions
This document explains how find a history of ParkMobile parking transactions on their website. ParkMobile is a payment system used for Flex Surface permit parking in an assigned lot, after-hours Flex parking in alternate surface lots, and visitor parking in timed stalls on the UW-Madison campus.
- Go to parkmobile.io.
- Select "Sign in / Sign up" on the main menu.
- Select "Sign in/sign up" again on the pop-up screen.
' - On the login screen, sign in with your existing Google or Apple account, or enter the email address associated with your account and click "Send Link" to log in.
- Select the hamburger menu in the top-right corner of the page, and then click "Personal Pages."
- You will be prompted to enter a username in a text box. Enter the email address associated with your ParkMobile account and click "Send OTP."
- Check your email for an account verification code and enter the code into the text box. Then click the "Log On" button.
- On the Personal Pages page, click "Payment History" in the menu on the left-hand side of the page.
- Specify a time range you would like to search for a transaction history. Then click the magnifying glass icon to perform a search. A list of transactions from the specified time period will appear.
