How to access a record of ParkMobile transactions
This document explains how find a history of ParkMobile parking transactions on their website. ParkMobile is a payment system used for Flex parking in surface lots, and visitor parking in timed stalls on the UW-Madison campus.
- Go to parkmobile.io. Click Sign in at the top right corner of the screen.
- On the next page, click Sign in under "Customer account" to continue signing in.
- On the login screen, sign in with your existing Google or Apple account, or enter the email address associated with your account and click Send link to log in.
- Once logged in, select the menu in the top-right corner of the page and click Reservations.
- On the reservations screen, click Past Reservations to access a list of past parking sessions.
