The first step to accessing the BRC server is to connect to the Biotech VPN.

This guide shows how to access the UW Madison Campus VPN, but for biotech our portal address is biotech.vpn.wisc.edu

After connecting to Biotech's VPN you can now SSH in. I will be sending a link to this article in the email containing your Biotech credentials.

Enter the command ssh YourBiotechUsername@ad.biotech.wisc.edu@brc3.ad.biotech.wisc.edu It will ask you for your password if you are on the correct network.

Also remember the password it will be asking for is the one I sent in the email this article came with.
