Fix L3
** Before clicking the “Fix L3” button, complete identity verification
What the Fix L3 Button Checks:

First and Last name & email address are present
-
If Learner has multiple CSIS IDs. (These are the Steward Root Individual ID - SRI ID)

If PVI has been created
-
Status of NetID
-
If enrollment message has been sent
-
If get started email has been sent
Sequence of fixes the “Fix L3” button will accomplish and when action is needed:

Checks first name, last name, and email address

If you receive an error message, contact the department contact. The department will need to update the missing data

Checks if learner has multiple CSIS IDs (SRI ID)

The system will remove duplicate IDs

Checks if PVI has been created
-
Error Message - “Unspecified Error”. Contact CSIS Support

Error Message - PVI Missing. The system will attempt to create the PVI. PVI is created, then send the “Get Started” email

Checks if NetID is activated.

If NetID is not activated and PVI is verified, the PVI will be marked unverified and learner will need to go through the get started link, again.

Checks to see if enrollment message has been sent, if not the system will attempt to send another enrollment message

Sends update to PHUB record

If all else fails the system will set the learner record to “pending” and send the record through another sequence of processing

When all else fails, send issue to department support

After hitting the Fix L3 Button and the “Success” message appears, the learner will need to click the “get started” link again. Resend get started email.
