Dues/Memberships related to your specialty. These fees can either be an organization expenditure or a professional business expense (PBE). If you have questions, please email your department contact.

For dually employed faculty or PhD faculty PBE: 

    • Account name: Physician Business Expense
    • Account code: 511500

For dually employed faculty or PhD faculty organization expenses: 

    • Account name: Physician Organization Expenditures
    • Account code: 511510

Parameters

Allowable Employee Types:

    • Dually employed faculty
    • PhD faculty

Annual membership renewals are supported; however, if renewal period is greater than one year, the purchase cannot be reimbursed until the year it is covered.


Documentation Requirements

Itemized, paid receipts (marked “paid” or $0 balance) are required.
