As of June 2nd, 2025, there will be a few changes to the Duo Mobile app for your CAE Duo account. This will reflect the same change made to UW Madison DUO.

When logging in to CAE services that require a Duo push, the Duo screen after entering your password will now display a code:

The push will still show up on your phone/tablet as normal, but will now have a field to enter the code from your computer (note that the following images are in "dark mode", but the content should be the same):

Additionally, the "Remember Me" functionality will now last for 7 days vs 24 hours, so if you use the same device you will not need to Duo authenticate as often.

Using your Duo Mobile app to generate Passcodes will also be changing, as the Passcodes will now refresh every 30 seconds
