The meeting was called to order at 1:03 p.m.

Business

• Resolution to Establish a Mutual Defense Compact for the Universities of the Big Ten Academic Alliance in Defense of Academic Freedom, Institutional Integrity, and the Research Enterprise

ASEC discussed and decided that they would move the resolution with an amendment during the Special Assembly meeting.

Meeting adjourned at 1:25 p.m.
