Voice/Telephone Services (Centrex)
UW–Madison has moved the majority of its telephone lines from Centrex to Cisco VoIP service. If you have a Cisco logo on your phone or use your computer as a telephone, you have Cisco VoIP Service. This information is is for the few remaining Centrex lines. Please note that DoIT will not install new Centrex lines.
