Graduate School Tableau Visualizations Cutover

The Graduate School utilizes Tableau to provide both internal and external stakeholders with access to key data and interactive visualizations that support decision-making and transparency. As part of the university’s transition to Workday, some of these existing Tableau visualizations will be affected, requiring updates or replacements to align with the new data systems and structures introduced by Workday. Below is a list of visualizations that will have their data frozen while the back-end data systems are reconfigured to point to the new Workday data systems.

Due to the Workday implementation cutover, a specific set of data visualizations in Tableau may be inoperable or in accessible from July 7th until August.

As we move forward with the Workday transition, access to these visualizations may be limited or unavailable for a period of time and the data shown may be unavailable, inaccurate, or stale as we venture through the system wide transition period. 

We are working diligently to make this process seamless and with as little interruption as possible.
