The SMPH Navigator Portal
The main way to request support is through the Platform R Navigator Portal.
Drop-in Office Hours
The Platform R support team holds weekly virtual office hours by Zoom. Come with specific questions or examples of workflows that are not working as you expect.
If your question or problem is too complex to address in the drop-in session, we will ask you to create a ticket in the Platform R Navigator Portal describing your problem.
The hours alternate weekly, Wednesdays 10-11am one week, Thursdays 1:30-2:30pm the next. The schedule for the next few months (Fall 2025) is:
- Wednesday, November 5th, 10-11am
- Thursday, November 13th, 1:30-2:30pm
- Wednesday, November 19th, 10-11am
- Wednesday, November 26th, 10-11am
- Thursday, December 4th, 1:30-2:30pm
- Wednesday, December 10, 10-11am
- Thursday, December 18, 1:30-2:30pm
- Winter Break (Feel free to request an in-person meeting through the Navigator Portal during these two weeks.)
- Wednesday, January 7th, 10-11am
- Thursday, January 15th, 1:30-2:30pm
