Information about how to access various examination policies and procedures.
The Law School's Exam Procedures & Policies website covers:
- Exam rescheduling due to schedule conflicts,
- Emergencies during the exam period,
- Technical issues during the exam period,
- Exam accommodations,
- Relevant Law School Rules,
- Academic misconduct and conduct expectations during exams,
- Decorum in the Law building during the exam period,
- Final grades, and
- Exam review.
Students are expected to familiarize themselves with all of these exam policies and procedures before sitting for their first exam.
Additionally, students must be aware of the policies and procedures specific to the types of exams that they have, including proctored exams and/or take-home exams.
Regardless of the exam type, students will use the Exam4 software to take their exams and should review the Exam4 software instructions. To minimize the likelihood of technical issues on exam day, students are strongly encouraged to take practice exams (practice proctored exam and practice take-home exam) using the Exam4 software.
