Studio Monitor

In-class monitor

The studio monitor is a larger monitor used for playing footage directly from the camera. Typically, you'll use this monitor during in-class demonstrations of filming or lighting techniques. On set, it can also be used to give space for the DP and AC to make larger camera movements while the director watches at a distance.
