DoIT SEO Linux has created special availability for Saturday, January 3, 2026 from 9am-12pm to support the PSaaS team server cutover for Green Bay.

SEO Linux PSaaS special availability request process

  • If SEO Linux PSaaS special availability is needed, PSaaS should contact the SNCC requesting Linux PSaaS Special Availability.
  • While PSaaS can email teams or individuals directly, invoking special availability must be done using the SNCC
  • The SNCC will know who is filling a specific special availability role and how to contact that person. PSaaS only need request the special availability role, e.g. Linux PSaaS Special Availability, not a specific individual
    • SNCC note: special availability roles have been added to the DoIT SEO On-Call calendar

  • [Preferred] Phone: Call either 608-263-2648 or 608-263-4188. Both numbers will take you to the same menu, select the following option:
    • Press 3 - Systems and Service Support
  • Microsoft Teams: Post to the Support channel in the DoIT Operations Microsoft Team
