Dell Tech Direct is a platform for managing Dell assets.  With it you can do things like:

  • Request warranty support
  • Request replacement parts
  • Manage API keys for integration with Dell 
  • Access Dell training materials
  • Run reports

Getting Access

DoIT Departmental Support manages access to Dell Tech Direct for UW-Madison.  To request an account, etc., please submit a ticket to doit-seam-support@doit.wisc.edu.  Please identify the department you are with.

Account Attestation

DoIT Departmental Support will periodically email Tech Direct account holders to verify whether their account is still needed.
