Overview
The Business Analytics (BA) team supports data‑driven decision-making across SMPH through data visualization, reporting, analytics development, and operational data consultation.

Services
- Operational Data Consultation — guidance on accessing and integrating operational data, often in collaboration with DAPIR, UW Health Enterprise Analytics, and the Oracle team.
- Qlik Sense Platform Support — development environments, curated data sets, and report/visualization development.
- Published Report & Visualization Library — access to SMPH’s library of administrative dashboards and reports, including RADAR‑linked resources.

Get Support
- Request BA support using the Business Analytics Portal (within SMPH Navigator).

BA Report or Data Set Request
Request a new report or enhancement to an existing report. -
BA Incident
Report issues such as a failed or unavailable report. -
BA Data Task
Request access to a database or reporting tool, or request changes to data objects (e.g., adding a column).
