The IT Project Management service line provides planning, coordination, and execution support for SMPH IT initiatives. Project Management helps ensure that technology projects align with SMPH priorities, follow consistent processes, and are delivered effectively.
This service line plays a central role within the Informatics & IT Collaborative (IITC), supporting school‑wide efforts to standardize IT service delivery, unify processes, and improve cross‑department collaboration.
