[How-To] Using a CALS Loaner Dell Laptop

This is a guide in using a CALS IT laptop loaner.
  1. Open the laptop. If the screen is failing to turn on even after tapping the keyboard or pressing the power button on the keyboard, try charging the laptop.
  2. Sign in by clicking "Other User" and entering your netID and corresponding password.image of sign in
  3. Before returning the laptop, make sure to sign out of the device. You can do this by selecting/pressing the start menu button, clicking your name, and the selecting "Sign Out".
