Accessing ObservEd
Authorized users log into ObservEd via Canvas integration – first authenticating to Canvas with their UW-Madison NetID, accessing the ObservEd course in Canvas, and clicking the ObservEd link from the course navigation menu.

Email support@cidilabs.com to create a support ticket. You can also create an account at the CidiLabs Support Portal, to submit tickets and check status.
Upgrade Schedule and Outage Procedures
CidiLabs does not regularly perform updates that require a service outage and no regular maintenance window is defined for ObservEd. Bug fixes and updates are regularly pushed out as they are developed.
